Job Type: Full time 32-40 hours/week (4-5 days/week).
Must be available every fourth weekend and some evenings on occasion. Hours are generally Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Main responsibilities :

• Floor work: customer service, cashiering, filling, cleaning, etc.;
• Plan recruitment needs; coach, train and develop the team;
• Create and foster a positive work environment;
• Create and promote a positive work environment; Ensure a sound management of the store inventory;
• Place orders and follow-ups with suppliers;
• Ensure priorities are met through excellent planning and goal setting;

Relevant experience: experience in store/retail or grocery management, team management, customer service and food.

Skills and Abilities :

• Strong skills in team building, communication, employee training;
• Strong interest in providing excellent customer service;
• Results oriented and problem solving skills;
• Team player, interpersonal skills, proactivity and diplomacy, sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
