Millmans, a breakfast spot that opened in 2022, has quickly become a staple on the Well. The menu here is simple and traditional, but executed to perfection: thick, juicy bacon, crispy breakfast potatoes seasoned with house spices… The best thing to do is try everything and share with friends.

There’s no denying it, Régine’s little sister Janine has been turning heads since she arrived at Wellington!
You can enjoy brunch every day in a cozy, baroque atmosphere. Janine offers several meat-free options, such as zucchini bread served with cashew ricotta, poached eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive caramel, as well as banana doré: homemade brioche bread served with vanilla mascarpone cream, banana butter, and caramelized pecans.
