Reporting to the Manager of the Community Services Department, the employee is responsible for all tasks related to orders received from community customers. He/she performs data entry, processes online orders, researches references and their availability from various suppliers, ensures that data is accurate and complete, performs billing, packaging and shipping. He/she must be dedicated to ensuring that the customer has a positive experience with the bookstore. In addition, the employee must be expected to perform any related duties based on the operational needs of the store.

Experience: minimum 1 year in customer service
Full time (Monday to Friday, 32 to 40 hours depending on the time of year)
Vacations: 2 weeks paid, 2 weeks without pay (community closure 4 weeks (holidays and construction weeks)
