Fruiterie Vert Pomme is looking for a full time store manager.

 

Description of tasks :

1- Human Resources Management

-Construct and communicate the weekly schedule to the team on Agendrix

-Validate the distribution of tasks daily between team members

-Recruit and train new employees when needed

-Take the role of resource person with store staff

 

2- Communications Management

-Apply the business strategy and disseminate the company’s vision to employees at all times

– Strengthen the presence of the company on the web and publish content on social networks on a regular basis

-Set up promotional activities: special day, tasting of products, participation in sales-sidewalks etc.

 

3- Management of the “grocery” part

-Place grocery orders according to inventory level with the support of the assistant-e-manager

-Fix product prices according to the level of margin agreed with the management

-Give instructions to employees on the placement of products in store

 

4- Management of employee / management relations

-Have an overview of the store, a critical and constructive eye to share with the management

-Transfer to the management team the demands of employees and vice versa

-Participate in weekly and monthly meetings of the management team

Essential management experience

$ 18.00 / hour

Excellent command of written and oral French

Bilingualism an asset (English and French)
