Job type: Floor manager, full-time, part-time ->Day, evening, and weekend shifts. (Please do not apply if you are not available at all times.) *Customer service experience required; experience in food retail and team management an asset.

Start date: As soon as possible

Main responsibilities :

• Provide impeccable customer service;
• Ensure the smooth operation of the grocery store;
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene and safety standards;
• Ensure product availability;
• Assist the manager with requested tasks;
• Set an example and act as a role model for the team;

Relevant knowledge: zero waste, organic food, circular economy, cooking, team management

Desired qualities: Leadership, autonomy, organization, good stress management, dynamism, teamwork, good physical condition, critical and analytical thinking, proactivity, initiative, motivator
