The Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de Verdun is a non-profit organization whose mission is the socio-professional integration of young people aged 15 to 35, regardless of their economic situation. They offer specialized services of evaluation of the needs, intervention, reference and follow-up, and this, in the respect of their individuality to improve their quality of life.
Summary of duties:
- Greet individuals who present themselves and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and direct calls to counselors.
- Complete forms for appointment scheduling.
- Performs other office duties as requested by Consultants such as photocopying, faxing, emailing, word processing, etc.
- Enter data into the computer (resumes, cover letters, etc.)
- Provide general information to customers.
Requirements:
- Three (3) years experience in the field.
- DEP in secretarial science or training related to the position.
- Good knowledge of the Internet and MS Office software.
- Very good written French.
- Excellent judgment.
- Professionalism, discretion and great courtesy.
- Bilingualism required.
Working conditions:
- Part-time position between 7 and 18 hours per week (including Tuesday evenings) and on call (except during the summer period for vacation replacement: 35h/week).
- Salary: Between $17.07 and $22.97 per hour, depending on experience and the salary scale of the collective agreement.
