Every Monday this summer, get moving with Ballet Hop!
This summer, discover the free ballet-inspired, but not awkward, workout that’s perfect for chubbies, flabbies, athletes, dads, kids, the ambitious and the dapper!
The workout consists of cardio, strength training and flexibility work, and is perfectly suited for good-natured people of all levels, from the age of 10!
If you’d like to push yourself beyond your limits and improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, without having to worry too much about offside or pointed feet, this class is perfect for you!
Places are limited: first come, first served (no reservations required, just turn up at Ballet Hop! 5 minutes before class to join in!)
