Are you jumping up and down waiting for the Cabane?
This year, the maple wind will blow from Boulevard Lasalle to 6th Avenue from Friday, March 16 to Sunday, March 18, 2018!

Businesses on Rue Wellington have concocted a variety of activities especially for you – forest-survival courses, a photo contest of the best woodcutter to win ski passes, thematic menus, tastings, and even more performances!

And all that in the warmth of their shops!

Check out the programming that will warm you up before the main Cabane event the following weekend!

Maison de thé Cha Noir – 4611 rue Wellington – 5 pm to 9 pm

Tastings of teas, infusions, and maple shortbread cookies. Balsam fir, maple tea, grog, and tea from Labrador… the team will initiate you to the habits and customs surrounding these beverages. A tasty and olfactory experience guaranteed!

Le Café Le 5e will be cooking up brunches, bites and lunches in the sugaring spirit, all with no waste and while maintaining its signature healthy, bio, and vegan approach! Yes, yes… it’s all possible with Le 5e!

Boulangerie Pâtisserie Wellington – 3990 rue Wellington – 6.30 am to 8 pm

A can of syrup was spilled over every counter of the bakery! We can now find brioches, eclairs – even calzones made with maple-marinated chicken!

When the band Vesse de Loup and a violinist from the islands meet

Restaurant Les Îles en Ville – 5335 rue Wellington – Gig at 8.30 pm

Come cheer and tap along in your rubber boots, the sugar shack is started for good! Steve Poirier lands from the Magdalen Islands for an exclusive show with the band Vesse de Loup. You can also taste delicious offerings from the islands and one special sugar-shack dish!
