Are you passionate about fashion and dream of getting involved with a local brand? Marigold is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team in Montreal starting in June 2026.
Your responsibilities:
Marketing and brand promotion
- Develop, plan, and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Contribute to marketing initiatives (campaigns, newsletters, launches, activations).
- Organize and participate in events (launches, workshop sales, fashion shows).
Sales & Customer Experience (B2C and B2B)
- Manage B2C sales (in-store and online) and B2B sales (partner retail locations).
- Provide personalized customer service both online and in-store.
- Collect and share customer feedback to inform the design team.
Operations & Day-to-Day Management
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of the store.
- Manage online orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
- Ensure visual presentation and merchandising in-store.
Qualifications:
- Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome!)
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills: self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in social media content management and a good understanding of web platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Integrity, transparency, and a team player.
