The manager makes sure to preserve the magic in the theatre by maintaining an excellent rating of happiness with customers and our employees.

– Scheduling
– Employee training
– Customer reception
– Ensuring customer satisfaction
– Carry out the orders
– Control the quality of the dishes and the service
– Complaint Management
– Communication with the kitchen and the chef

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 5 years experience as a waiter or waitress

– Two years experience in dining room management

– Bilingualism spoken and written (French, English)
– Basics of excel
– Attention to detail and leadership skills
– Experience on Master D an asset
