The team is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of full-time floor manager.

 

Job Description

Reporting to the owners, the Floor Manager is responsible for the complete management of the sales aspect of the boutique, i.e. :

• Ensuring that the customer experience at RÉUNION is of the highest quality at all times.
• Provide superior customer service and advice.
• Train and support the sales team on site so that each of them is equipped with :
  • relevant information to promote the products selected and offered;
  • methods for accompanying customers in-store and making suggestions.
• Work to ensure that visual presentation is upheld at all times and in all circumstances.
• Organize and promote in-store events.

 

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in retail, including 2 years in a retail team management position in a business similar to ours.
• Passionate about retail, the candidate must have an excellent knowledge of our products and market trends.
• Excellent computer understanding of cash register management, inventory and receiving.
• Excellent level of fluency in French and English.
