Job description:
Main responsibilities include:

• Registration and management of repairs in our computer system (computer skills required).
• Management and recording of gold recycling purchases in the police database system.
• Quality control of repairs.
• Reception and follow-up of calls and customer service.
• Management of social network accounts.
• Customer service support during busy periods.
• Daily tasks related to opening and closing the store.

Profile required:

• Excellent oral and written French and English.
• Strong computer skills.
• Versatility and ability to adapt to different tasks.
• Sense of customer service and team spirit.
