Évenement
A festive and accessible five-piece marching band that spreads joy as it parades through the streets or performs in small venues—reimagined by composer and trumpeter Jacques Kuba Séguin—will be parading along Wellington Promenade on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
This new project allows Jacques Kuba Séguin to satisfy his desire to bridge the gap between the audience and the music through this new kind of brass band, while exploring its festive side. With this brass ensemble, he blends funk and Afrobeat with jazz; he takes a stroll through the streets of New Orleans while wandering through the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, and his Polish roots are infused with carefree brass flourishes.
