Évenement
Through handstands, object manipulation, acrobatics, dance, and comedy, we let ourselves be carried away by the impulses that bring us closer together, questioning what draws us toward one another.
En s’attendant is a vibrant encounter, a suspended moment where bodies seek one another, hesitate, fall, and rise again. Straddling beauty and absurdity, the show explores the invisible threads that connect us, the expectations that dwell within us and transform us. Through a language that is both physical and sensitive, we reveal the deeply human need to connect.
ABOUT
La compagnie du pigeon is a circus, dance, and theater collective founded by Evelyne Laforest and Stéphane Gentilini. Through a language blending balance acts, acrobatics, object manipulation, and humor, they explore the beauty and absurdity of human relationships. Their outdoor performance *En s’attendant* fosters encounters with diverse audiences, particularly those with limited access to the performing arts. Supported by musician Marton, they present original and sensitive works. Evelyne and Stéphane, both trained internationally—including with Daniele Finzi Pasca—combine their backgrounds to create works that are human and accessible.
