Every Wednesday this summer, get moving with Ballet Hop!
This summer, discover the free ballet-inspired, but not awkward, workout that’s perfect for chubbies, flabbies, athletes, dads, kids, the ambitious and the dapper!
The workout consists of cardio, strength training and flexibility work, and is perfectly suited for cheerful people of all levels and ages.
No dance experience or talent required, Ballet Hop! is here to have fun and move with you.
Places are limited: first come, first served (no reservations required, just turn up at Ballet Hop! 5 minutes before class to join in!).
