To embellish your fireplace or to send to your beloved grandmother, a picture will be offered to you free of charge! You will have the possibility to buy other photos at a cost of 20$ + tx / each. They will be shared with you by email via the link on the download platform during the week following your photo shoot!

Make sure to include your email address in the form. We will communicate with you via it in case of change, postponement, cancellation and for the sending of the download link. Please let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment to give other citizens the chance to participate! 🙂

*Please note that due to current health measures, it will only be possible to take pictures of people living at the same address.

CONSENT

By making an appointment for the Photobooth, I agree that my photo may be used and shared by Promenade Wellington its communications. I also understand that it will be visible on the upload platform along with all other photos taken during the day.

RIGHTS OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The copyrights of the photographs remain the exclusive property of the photographer, without restriction. The client allows the photographer to use the photographs for self-promotion (blog, website, portfolio, etc.).

Photographs in digital files that are given to the client may be used for personal use only. They may not be used to promote a product or service directly or indirectly. The client may, for example, make prints of them to put on a wall or publish them on a personal website or personal social media.

The customer may give copies of his files to friends or family.

The customer may not allow a third party to use the photographs, whether or not there is financial compensation, to promote a product or service directly or indirectly, without the prior written permission of the photographer.
