Cabane Panache invites itself into your homes this year for a 9.5 edition! Get ready to receive the biggest sugaring-off season celebration in your home!

Even though we can’t celebrate and stick together like maple taffy sticks to us after the mittens, we’re keeping the tradition alive!

On the menu for this special edition: cocktail creation presented by SAQ, sugar shack brunch box, logging area on Promenade Wellington with Le Parcours Desjardins and more!

Ingredients :
Sausages: Red curry paste, shrimp paste, garlic, Makrut leaf, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, salt
Marinade: Maple syrup, salt, turmeric, oyster sauce

Method of preparation :
Oven: 425°F, for 25 min by turning them once and
brush them with the marinade. Then brown them for 5 minutes.

Its black color and lightly roasted taste evokes the fire of the wood stove.
The sweet and smoky aromas evoke walks in the maple grove. Its woody bitterness recalls the bark of maple trees warmed by the spring sun.

1 Gertrude - German Pilsner 5%
This German-inspired Pilsner will easily seal your
thirst with its sustained effervescence and crisp malt flavor.
Its pretty straw color and delicate foam make it equally pleasing to the eye.
Its noble German hops with herbaceous, floral and spicy notes blend perfectly with the cereal sweetness of the malt. They come to balance the whole with a pleasant freshness.

The legendary maple butter does not contain butter or dairy products, but it overflows with pure happiness.
